Dong
Quai is also known as “Angelica”. It is
a flower native to China
and has been used by Chinese women for thousands of years primarily to treat
menstrual pain, PMS, irregular menstrual cycles, weakness after childbirth and
some menopause and peri-menopause disturbances as it balances the female
hormonal system but does not have hormone-like side effects. Females of all ages experience hormonal
