Ingredients ~

16 Almond or Pecan Nut Thins
4 Red Plum Tomatoes, Sliced
1 Big Bunch Basil
16 Thin Mozzarella Slices
Olive Oil
Sea Salt

Directions ~

In order, top each cracker with Basil, Mozzarella, and Tomato.  Drizzle Olive Oil over the top of each cracker and sprinkle with Sea Salt.
Be very generous with the basil!  The more the better!
