Ingredients ~
20 Ounces Beans (your favorite). I use Garbanzo, White or Black
Salt & Pepper
Nutritional Yeast
Olive Oil
Cayenne Pepper

Directions ~
If you’re using dried beans, soak according to package directions.
Place beans on a cookie sheet sprayed with olive oil. Sprinkle beans with salt & pepper, nutritional yeast and cayenne pepper (to taste).
Spray olive oil on the seasoned beans, coating them well.
Bake at 375° for about 30 minutes.
