Ingredients ~

2 Full Scoops Chocolate Whey Protein Powder               1/2 to 3/4 Cup Cooled Coffee
1/4 Cup Instant Oats                                                              1/4 Cup Low Fat Cottage Cheese
2 Tbsp. Slivered Almonds                                                     1 Cup Fat Free Whipped Cream

Directions ~

Combine all ingredients except whipped cream.  Use an hand held immersion blender to mix until smooth. If too thick, add more coffee.Fold in whipped cream.
Refrigerate overnight and serve, or place in freezer for an hour stirring every 15 minutes and serve.Top with a sprinkle of cinnamon.
