- I have been training with Holli Rajaratnam for about 9
months. I have always worked out and have used personal trainers in the
past. Holli however is quite different. Her focus in training is quality
over quantity and perfect form. This makes all the difference in the
training session, as she stresses “never releases the muscle when
performing your reps.”
She also integrates diet, supplements and encouraging words to keep you
motivated and to assure that your experience with her is an overall
healthy lifestyle change.
During these 9 months I had some health issues and rather than stopping my
training with Holli, she did research and adjusted my workout to allow me
to continue. I did throughout my healing process and felt better for
continuing my work out.
I totally respect Holli and her wisdom of body and mind health. I feel
very blessed to have her as my personal trainer.
